Trying to upgrade from 2008 02 to 2009 03 and my VS project keeps reverting back to 2008 02.

Hello Thomas,
Please delete all *.refresh files (illustrated on the attached screenshot) from your BIN folder and then add the correct assemblies again. Alternatively, you could uninstall the previous version of RadControls.

No .refresh files in the /bin directory.

Hello Thomas,
If you still have both versions in GAC, please make sure that you reference the proper version.
I recommend you examine the following links:
Upgrading RadControls Trial to RadControls Developer license or newer version
Updating RadControls for ASP.NET to another version or license
Let me know if the problem still persists.
