I just upgraded to the latest version and for some reason my menu looks different.  I had created a custom style for my customers site and the new version didn't really remove the style, but the heights and widths of the menu don't seem to be working.

Other than that, the colors are the same and the menu works as it should, its just really skinny.

Any ideas?

I upgraded from 2008.3.1105.35

Thanks.

Hello King Wilder,

There were major skin changes between Q3 2008 and Q1 2009. Please refer to the following resources for details on the matter.

Changes and backwards compatibility in RadControls latest release
RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX receive a major face-lift!
Using pre-Q1 2009 skins with Q1 2009!
All RadControls Q3 2008 Skins Are Now Compatible with the Q1 2009 Release

If your problem persists, I think it will be best if you can open a support ticket and send us a simple running project (incl. your custom skin, CSS, images, DB backup if needed and so on) demonstrating the problem (and step-by-step instructions on doing so). In that way we can reproduce and pinpoint the problems you're facing on our side, understand the logic of your application and provide a solution.

Thanks beforehand for your patience and cooperation,
Paul

Thanks for the references.  They are all good to know.

Since my skins changes were minimal from Web20, I just followed this tutorial, http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/menu_appearancecreatingacustomskin.html, to re-create my custom skin, which is what I used to create my custom skin the first time.

I'm back up and running and looking good.

Thanks again.
