i had to upgrade my telerik controls to the latest version..
but this hasnt worked, and now i cant build my project due to lots of build errors.
on running the upgrade wizard i get this error popping up
Error executing cutom action
Telerik.web.ui.vsx.actions.multiprojectupdatereferencesaction: could not find file 'C:\Users\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Projects\MyProject\Source Code\MyProject\bin\Telerik.web.design.dll'
any idea how i resolve this?

Could you, please, share some more info about:
- What kind of application do you upgrade (web application/web site)?
- What Telerik references do you have in the project and where they point?
- Which is the currently used distribution and which is the one you want to upgrade to?
- Did you use and installer to install the distributions or you've downloaded a hotfix?
Providing this details will be very helpful in order to reproduce the problem and fix it in one of our next releases.
As a quickest workaround, you can try to remove all Telerik references and use the Convert Wizard (link).

I have the same problem in the upgrade to 315.35 and your above suggestion doesn't solve it.
I have a windows application using RichTextBox.
The upgrade seems to be missing some references! Telerik.WinControls.RichTextBox for example can't find it...

Could you, please, share some more information about:
Another possible reason could be a broken/incomplete distribution. The easiest way to solve this is to reinstall the version of the product you are trying to upgrade to.
