Hi,
Is there an upgrade path from RadControls for ASP.net to RadControls for ASP.net Ajax or do I need to purchase them all over again?

Hello Rob,
You can take a look at the following article which mentions about Migration of RadGrid control from Asp.net(Classic) to Asp.Net Ajax(Prometheus):
Migration from RadGrid for ASP.NET To ASP.NET AJAX
For the other Telerik controls, you should be able to find 'Migrating From Rad.... for ASP.NET to ASP.NET Ajax' in the online help documentation for the corresponding control.
