I was trying to update to the latest version, but I got some issue as it was not getting verified by the email and I have to face the outlook 0x8004010f of error. I think that there must be some bugs, which are creating these issues.

Hello Josheph,
The error you quoted doesn't seem to be related to the Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX controls or the Upgrade process/wizard. If indeed there are any issues with project upgrade, please provide more details like:
1. What are the initial and target version 2. Do you use the Upgrade Wizard or not 3. Is there any error in the wizard? If yes what is the exact error?
Once we have this information we will look into it and help you further if needed.
