Upgrade From 2008 Q3 to 2009 Q3 Design Issues

Hi Telerik Team

I'm using
Telerik Controls for Asp.net Ajax 2008 Q3
and just I Upgrade to
Telerik Controls for Asp.net Ajax 2009 Q3

I faced  many design Issues that I can not detect the causes for this

I attached  design issues samples for referencing
 
How can I overcome these issues ?

plz provide me with tips to overcome it??

Notes:
I'm using the following

• Rad controls for asp.net ajax 2009 Q3
• windows 7 as an operating system
• IE8 as web browser
• asp.net 3.5
