Upgarde Telerik to New Version

I have upgraded my project with New Telerik Version.

1.Deleted the old Telerik.web.ui,skins,designer dll and telerik.web.ui.xml(2015.3.1111.35)

2. Replaced the new version dlls (Telerik.web.ui,skins,xml,designer) in Bin folders.(2020.3.915.45) as we have upgraded the framework to 4.8.

My doubt is how to update RadControls like radeditor.Net2,Radspellchecker,Radwindow,RadAjax etc which is already existing in my project?

Do we need to change any namespaces for the RADControls after Telerik Upgrade ?

or Only Replacing Telerik.web.ui,skins dll to newer version is Fine?

Hi Kumar,

The manual upgrade instructions for Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX (formerly called RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX) are available at https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/aspnet-ajax/installation/upgrading-instructions/upgrading-a-trial-to-a-developer-license-or-to-a-newer-version#manual-upgrade and yes you have to update the Telerik.Web.UI and Telerik.Web.UI.Skins assemblies and the references to them with the respective ones from newer versions.

The radeditor.Net2, Radspell.Net2.dll, Radwindow, RadAjax assemblies are part of RadControls for ASP.NET suite which was discontinued in 2009. You can  find information how to upgrade them to Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX in these articles:
