UnKnown Error(pageRequestManagerServerException)

Hi

I am getting the following unknown pageRequestManagerServerException. The error is mentioned below, it is occuring when i am choosing any filtetering combobox or any filtering control. Event i accnot be done paging too. Plz help me in this scenario

"sys.webforms.pageRequestManagerServerException:an unknown error occured while processing the request on the server.The
 status code returned from the server was: 12030"
