Underline any one character in RadTabStrip Caption(text)

Dear Sir,
I want to underline any one character in the RadTabStrip controls caption to make it as a Shortcut key.


For Example:
           From the MenuBar of Microsoft Word contains
                File,Edit and etc.. as F and E are underlined.

Note:
    How can I attach jpeg image and sample files to the forum.
    Please Reply for this also..
