[Solved] Unable to view Pop-up window for insert/Edit template

Hello,
I am using Q1 2009 DLL,

My problem is, I can view Advanced form pop-up by setting modal property to true.
But when I create template for insert/ edit, I cant view them in Pop-up.
Why is it so ??

Please provide solution
