[Solved] trigger initinsert by a button residing outside a grid

Good Day!

How can I trigger a InitInsert when the button that is being click is residing outside the grid. The scenario is: I have a toolbar and a grid. When user click the "New" button in the toolbar I need to show the insert form of my radgrid(editmode=popup).
