Trial Version giving Win32 error

Hi,
I am currently trialing the Telerik.Web.UI.dll ver. 2008.2.826.35
and im getting an exception below:
    Unhandled Win32 exception occurred in iexplore.exe[2688]

I am using a RagGrid and populating data at pageload.
