Hi Marty,
The touch support for RadRotator is scheduled for implementation, although I cannot provide a firm estimate when it will be available. Currently you can use the PITS Item of this feature request in order to vote for it and track its status.
All the best,

i see there is a property named EnableDragScrolling. it seems to work, it would be nice if it supported some animations like throw and bounce.

Hi Marty,
Indeed, it will be useful to add such animations to the drag scrolling of RadRotator. These features are included in our To Do list and they will be implemented in a future release of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX. Currently I cannot provide a firm estimate when the new animations will be available.
