I have noticed that the tooltip is never shown in Firefox while it's shown fine in IE and Opera.

I have used the RadEditor Prometheus, and none of the tooltip of the toolbar is shown. And I tried with RadToolBar ASP .NET as well, no tooltip either.

Does anybody else have the same problem?

Thanks -- Bidan

Sorry, just took a latest hot fix and it shows the tooltip fine now in firefox. Another question, is it mandatory to indicate the version in the web.config file for the httphandler? I just tried to delete the version part and it also works.

thanks -- Bidan

Hi Bidan,

You should write the fully qualified names only if you store the Telerik.Web.UI.dll in the GAC. If the Telerik.Web.UI.dll file is placed in the /bin folder you can use the short names, e.g.:

<httpHandlers>
    ...
    <add path="Telerik.Web.UI.DialogHandler.aspx" verb="*" type="Telerik.Web.UI.DialogHandler, Telerik.Web.UI"
 validate="false" />
    <add path="Telerik.Web.UI.SpellCheckHandler.axd" verb="*" type="Telerik.Web.UI.SpellCheckHandler, Telerik.Web.UI"  validate="false" />
</httpHandlers>
