I would like to scroll the tooltip according to the browser scroll, is there any property for that

Hello Cherian,
The tooltip is designed to stay in the position it has appointed - if it should be shown next to an element it will stay there if you scroll the browser (if it does not hide, this depends on the HideEvent, AutoCloseDelay, etc).
There is the RelativeTo property and you can set it to BrowserWindow, so that the tooltip stays in the same position when you scroll the content in the page.
