Hi Sigma,

Try setting Calendar-ShowDayCellToolTips property of RadDatepicker to achieve your scenario.

ASPX:
<telerik:RadDatePicker ID="RadDatePicker1" runat="server" Calendar-ShowDayCellToolTips="false" ></telerik:RadDatePicker>
