When the ShowOnFocus prop. is set to True, why the toolbars disapear when the editor is in maximized size (F11). Would be nice to have another property letting the editor know that when it is maximized, the toolbars should always be visible.

Thank you for pointing out this bug.
I logged the problem in our bug tracker and we will try to fix it in the next hotfix of RadEditor "Prometheus". By the way this problem does not exist in the classic version of RadEditor for ASP.NET.
We do appreciate your help on improving RadEditor and we updated your Telerik points.
