[Solved] Toolbar positioning

I'd like mod, say, the first toolbar to display as block (to solely appear on top line) and/or float the toolbar to the right.
via css, toolsfile, declarative, or codebehind?

Not finding the simple means to do this.

Could you please open a support ticket and send a screenshot demonstrating the required toolbar appearance? You can create it in MS Paint or other program like Photoshop. This will show us how you would like to position the editor's toolbar.
