toolbar display list items

why does my toolbar show up as list items on my website



ok, I have now found out that this occurs when the radformdesigner is also on the page.
Is this a known issue or expected behavour?

RadToolBar doesn't load its skin for some reason. Could you please send us sample code demonstrating this issue? Thanks in advance

sorry I can't as I fixed the issue by removing the radformdesigner that was also on the page, and that fixed my problem
