I am popping up a graphic with the the telerik tool toop. I don't want any skin at all, I just want my graphic to pop up. Is there a way to specifiy this?

You should set the Skin property of RadToolTip to "" (an empty string). For additional information about RadControls' skins, please refer to the following help article:
