How would I go about adding a tool tip on hover to items on a Telerik Menu using Telerik UI for Blazor?

Hi Joseph,

The desired result is achievable through the ItemTemplate of the Menu as it allows you to set the Tooltip TargetSelector.

I have prepared an example that shows the above approach: REPL link. Please run and test it to see the result.
