Tool Tip on mouse click

I would like to have the tool tip open on a mouse click and not on mouse over. Reason for this is that when moving the mouse over to an item a user wants to select they must mouse over other items to get to it. This causes alot of popups.

How can I make the tool tip open on a click and not mouse over?

In this case you need to set the ShowEvent property to "OnClick".
