Tool bars disappear when in full screen mode and using Bootstrap fixed top menu bar

Hi,

I've been using RadEditor for a number of years now and very good it is.

I'm just upgrading our site to use Bootstrap 3 and a fixed top navigation bar. The trouble is that when the full screen mode is selected, the tool bars are lost behind the navigation bar. What's the best way to fix this?

Currently I can only make assumptions on the configuration of the project and the expected behavior of the toggle screen mode functionality.

Please provide more information about:

• Are there any custom CSS rules affecting the RadEditor control?
• Is there any custom Client-side implementation that could lead to the described issue?
• Could you share with me the configuration of the editor?
• Can you verify that the used version of RadControls is 2013.2.717?
• Is the problem encountered under all major browsers?
• What are the stylization attributes affecting the mentioned Navigation bar?

Any additional information about the project would be very helpful for me. Also, it would be appreciated if you could provide a simple locally runnable project, that isolates the problematic field, so that I would be able to reproduce the problem locally and find its source.
