I have this issue where once i click on toggle full screen icon while in edit mode of the Rad Editor, the full screen appears , but after this cannot reopen the tool bar again to revert back to normal screen. And hence there is no way to come out of full screen mode.

Hi,
I am aware of this problem in DIV mode only. Have you set the ContentAreaMode property to DIV?
Currently the only way to go back to standard mode when this issue appears is to press the F11 key.

ok.And What if i am not setting ContentAreaMode property to DIV..Then also issue persists.

In such case, please, open a support ticket and provide a simple working project that demonstrates the problem. I will examine it, see what is causing the problem and provide a solution.
Another option is to disable the full screen mode functionality or load another editor in fullscreen mode as shown in this KB article: Different Set Of Tools When Switching To Full Screen Mode.
