I have a radwindow that if the program idols for like an hour and then if you open a rad window the icons do not appear. If you hover your mouse over where the icons should be the tool tip appears and if you click in that spot it will close, maximize, etc. I thought it is that my sessions state has timed out but I have it set for 3 hours before it times out. I am using IE7 for the application and the only issue I saw with this is when other people were using IE6. Is there a setting for the rad window that I need to set so the icons appear when the application has been idol for an hour to make sure the icons appear?

There is no such property and we haven't been able to reproduce the problem. Could you please send us a link to a live site where we could reproduce the problem? You could send us the Url and the login credentials (if needed) in a support ticket.
