Hi Tom,
I'm afraid the currently very few browsers does support displaying tiff images. Therefore, you should consider converting the images to some other format such as jpg, before feeding them into the RadBinaryImage.
Alternative approach will be to ask website's users to download some 3th party browser add-on for example http://www.alternatiff.com/.
