Hi,

As you can see on the attached image, my vertical axis shows the numbers 0 to 7.

However, what I would like is that I can show a text here, as each bar in my chart is representing a company department.

So my question is: How can I replace these numbers by the name of the company department?

This depends on how you have bound your data. If you have manually created your range of 0-7 you can programmatically change the labels as seen here. If you are binding your data and would just like to apply column headers to the chart axis you can follow this article.
