We want to manipulate de header row and header column for indicate Lunch time and other information. Is it possible and how to?

Hello Manon Girard,
Unfortunately, we do not support templates in the header or the hours column at the moment. They can be styled using CSS and turned off, but that is all. We might consider implementing additional events and possibly templates in the future versions, so you will have better control over their content and appearance.
