Hello, I am using 2015.3.930.40.

I added two ImageGalleryTemplateItem and now the RadImageGallery posts back on each forward and back. Can I prevent postback? If I do need to postback, how can I keep the animation between items? Thank you.

Hello,

We tested the ImageGallery from this demo http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/image-gallery/examples/functionality/templates/defaultcs.aspx  in a simple page where we placed a second ImageGallery control and we were not able to observe the described problem. Therefore I would ask you test the problematic page outside of the Sitefinity enviroment and in case the template works properly I would suggest you open a new ticket for Sitefinity and post your question there.

Hello,

I have the same Problem such as Jeff, if I add X simple "ImageGalleryItem" it won't postback, adding only 1 "ImageGalleryTemplateItem" won't postback, but if you add two of "ImageGalleryTemplateItem" in the same "RadImageGallery" it will continuosly postback, and the effects of sliding are gone away, it's really ugly, i hardfixed it by putting it into an updatepanel but its really not nice.I also got JavaScript Errors if i try to do gestures even if "PreventDefaultGestures" is setted to prevent it.

Greets

(Sorry for english :))

Hi guys,

We are not aware of such errors and my best advice is to try upgrading to the latest version of our controls (2017.3.913 at the time of writing) to see if this helps.

Alternatively, if you can reproduce the problem in our demos (e.g., herehere or here), or in an isolated sample, please share this with us.

@Polykarpos - we are also working with you on this in your ticket, so you could post the final answer here once we reach it.

Regards,
