TelerikMultiSelect with Virtual scroll or Paging

Hi Team,

I have more than 10000 items, after click on TelerikMultiSelect  control it is taking 5 seconds to load the popup. 
Do we have TelerikMultiSelect with Virtual scroll or Paging?
