I  installed Telerik version "2010.3.1109.40" on  windows 10 machine and launched an asp.net web-site , i am getting an error "The page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid and points to "Telerik_Web_UI_WebResource_axd" in web.config file. See attached file

Any ideas on how to trouble shoot.

Hi Narsing,

The error indicates that the machine.config does not allow the web.config to change the handlers collection. This is something that depends on the machine administrators of the server and our controls cannot influence it.

You could restore some functionality if you use our CDNs (both for the Telerik scripts and skins, and for the MS AJAX scripts), yet some other features will remain unavailable until you can properly register the handlers. This includes all editor dialogs, spell checking, file uploads, captcha, image editor, binary image, progress area.
