[Solved] Telerik toobox has vanished from VWD 2008

Hi

I have been using RadControls for ASP.NET Ajax for months, and the toolbox is
installed in Visual Web Developer 2008 (VWD with SP1)

Or at least it was until just now when I opened VWD to find that the Telerik toolset
has disappeared from the toolbar. There is no longer a toolbox item for these tools at all.

Also when I try to run exisiting pages, I get an error message:
"Could not load file or assembly 'Telerik.Web.UI' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

Can anyone suggest how to get it back?

I have tried re-booting.

Progress:

It seems that the dll had disappeared from the bin folder as well.
So I added a new tab in the VWD toolbar, used the telerik.web.dll as the source to
repopulated the new tab, and dragged a new copy of the telerik.web.dll into the bin folder.

I am now back to where I was, but don't have a clue what went wrong.

Anyone have any wisdom on this?
