HI All

We are getting an error while trying to upload an image using RadEditor Control. We are getting a javascript error.

Message: Object doesn't support this property or method
URI: /ScriptResource.axd?d=...........................

Message: Sys.ArgumentException:  does not derive from Sys.Component.
URI: /ScriptResource.axd?d=................................................

Don't know what is happening but the same control works in a different server where  we could upload images.

But in 2 other servers we get an error as mentioned above while uploading an image.

Thanks

Hi,

Which version of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX do you use?

Does the image get uploaded even after getting this error?

Hello,

Version 4.5.1 is quite old (3.7.2008) and it does not support the modern browsers. We have dropped the support of RadEditor for MOSS as noted here, but my suggestion is to upgrade to the latest official build of RadEditor for MOSS which is 5.8.16, released on 6.7.2012 and try to reproduce the problem again.

I have attached the trial build to this thread.

Kind regards,
