Sorry for the misleading.

I just need a sample almost like search box, not the combo box it shouldbe radTextBox or ASP Textbox and when i press any key in that the results should be populated in the grid.

i have attched the screen shot in earlier message for your reference.

The search box your talking about is RadComboBox control, just a customized one. I believe they are using the same approach shown in the demo that he posted, but instead of showing the results when you click the drop-down image, they are calling the showDropDown client-side method when the user sets focus on the control and then they must be using the RadComboBoxes filtering functionality in combination with the LoadOnDemand approach to display the results in the grid.

I hope that helps you figure out how to build your own version.
