Hi,
Our web applications are currently using the following versions of Telerik ASP.NET AJAX:
2008 Q3
2010 Q1
2010 Q2
2010 Q3
When browsing some of these web applications using IE8, the IE8's Compability View mode has to be switched on.
We are in the process of upgrading these web applications to use the latest version of Telerik ASP.NET AJAX which fully supports IE8.
Can you please tell us which version of Telerik ASP.NET AJAX to use so that the IE8's Compatibility View mode does NOT need to be switched on?

Hi Herman,
RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX support IE 8 Standards mode since version 2009.1.402 of the suite. You should not experience issues in case you use version later than the specified above.
If you encounter discrepancies and observe automatic switches to IE 8 compatibility view, please provide a live url or a sample project where we can troubleshoot the case and provide an explanation/solution.

Is it 2010 Q3, i.e. version 2010.3.1109 ?

Hello Herman,
The latest official version of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX is Q3 2010 SP2 (2010.3.1317). Also note that we will be launching the Q1 2011 release of the suite by the end of the day tomorrow and it will provide IE 9 RTM support as well.
