I'm having some problems with how telerik controls are displaying when running the site.  It seems to be a setting on my PC because I have published the code to another server and it displays correctly.  I'm not aware of any setting changes or updates to my PC but something is definitely wrong.  I'm attaching a screenshot.  Thank you for your help

Hello Nick,

From the information that you provided it seems that some of the stylesheets that you have on the page do not get applied. Can you please clarify if you get this look only in IE browser or it occurs in all browsers? It would also be very helpful if you can provide a live url that I can test locally and inspect the issue that you are getting.

I've tested it with both IE and Google Chrome and had the same problem.  I can't send you a live URL because at the moment the problem is only occurring on my development PC.  I don't want to risk publishing changes to our live server until this issue has been resolved.  Why wouldn't the style sheets be applied?

Hello Nick,

Can you please specify the version of the RadControls that you are using since we used to have a bug with the Q2 2013 version of the Telerik controls (as fully explained here) that is already fixed. If you use the latest version you can upgrade to the latest internal build (that will be uploaded this week) and use the assembly files containg the fix.

I downgraded to 2012.2.912.35.  The issue started shortly after upgrading to 2013.1.417.35.  Unfortunately I inherited most of the applications I'm responsible for from previous developers who  have left the company and hadn't upgraded telerik data libraries for some of these applications for a long time.  Problems with those older libraries and IE 10 have forced us to start making sure everything is updated.

I'm am glad to report that the problems on my PC seem to have been resolved by updating the telerik control panel and changing the references in my local application to copy the .dll files locally.  It appears to have been having problems referencing the libraries saved in the GAC on my PC.  The issue seems to be resolved for now, and will upgrade to your latest release as soon as it is published.   Thanks for your time.
