telerik control panel issue.

Hello,

I have downloaded telerik control panel in last week.
Today i tried to update my telerik version by using this.
But when i try it update the their own version at that it gives error to me.

OS : window 7 enterprise, 64 bit.

Have you tried uninstalling the tool, downloading the current copy, and installing it?   I also discovered this tool myself and loaded it for the first time.  It ran flawlessly.  I have a hardware configuration which matches yours.

Current copy is running correctly.

But my question is why the older copy is not working.

Hello Jayesh,

I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing such issues and am glad to hear you managed to get things worked out.

The Control Panel updates itself each time we release a new version and it failed in doing so in your case. The more peculiar thing is the fact it did not give you a chance to send us an error report.

It would be most helpful if you could send us a stack trace or any other details you might get if you experience the issue again.

Hello,

sorry but right now i am not able to find any error log : Event Viewer/Windows Logs/Application.

i already removed old version so it not possible to re-generate it.
