Hello,
I got an exception with Q3 2009 Chart Control, the exception is
The type 'Telerik.Charting.Styles.StyleLabel' exists in both c:\...\...\...\Telerik.Charting.DLL
I have cleaned the asp.net temp folders but the problem persisted, on the machine there is no Telerik Reporting installed.
This happens on two development machines so it is not a localized case.
What could the cause be, and what might the solution be.

Hi Martin,
Do you get this when upgrading from an older version? Since Q3 2008 the charting code is embedded in Telerik.Web.UI, so you will need to remove Telerik.Charting.dll from your project. Please, find more information in this help topic.

Yes we migrated from Q2 and didn't clear the assemblies.
