Hi,
Telerik chart comtrol is only loading , if we put our web application in default application pool.
otherwise, chart is not loading.
If we, create an new IIS pool [ integrated or classic] , then chart is not loading.
Telerik Chart is not loading other than if we put our apps in other application pool.
Please help.

Hello,
RadChart needs its HttpHandler correctly registered in order to work as expected. Please, make sure it appears as expected in your web.config file. You can find more details in this help topic. Also, please make sure it is excluded from any url re-writing.
