What page output are you getting? Is the control HTML shown at all, or you are not getting any content (blank page)? If the HTML is there, are the styles/scripts missing? If the latter is the case, this may be related to an issue with the resource handler that loads the scripts and skins for controls. If you manage to isolate this issue in a sample runnable project you can send us, we might be able to advise you better on this.
