I have the RadAsyncUpload control on my form and when I have it in a disabled state, when you move the cursor over the control, *sometimes* it will throw the following javascript error:

We are not aware of such problem. Can you provide more details regarding your environment? Browser version, sample markup?
As for the external resource, this is our CDN. You can chose whether to use or not to use it. Here is a blog post on the topic.
