TabStrip and Masterpages without Multipage

Hello,

Can i make a Project with Tabstrib and without Multipage ?

I will make the Tabstrip at the Top of my Site like a Menue,
in my Masterpage and Load the Sites on Click...

I will not have Multipage!
When i click in my Masterpage on a Tab i will load another
Site in my Masterpage.. and then the right Tab must be correct Selected....

In my Masterpage i click bsp.. on a Tab like Contact then i load the Contact.aspx in my
Masterpage and then must the Contact Tab marked as Active ....

Can i work like this ????? or must i insert RadMenu
