is there any way to include table inside radchart based on y axis value

Hi,
By default, the chart control includes a table which can only be located below the control itself. This is demonstrated in the following topic:
http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/chart-plot-area-data-table.html
Other than this, you can have a marked zone in the plotarea. More information on this is available in the following article:
http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/chart-marked-zones.html
