System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly

Hi!
After formatting my PC, I installed VS 2005 and Rad Controls. Everything was fine but when I installed the VS 2008 and drag and drop a RAD Control in the Design mode of VS2008, I receive the following error: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly.
How can I fix this problem?
