Hello Jean-Luc,
I am not quite sure what may cause the problem on your side, but its looks like the error is caused by the fact that the AJAX is not well configured. More details on the subject can be found in this helps page. Also I have attached an example Rotator's configuration, including web.config file. Could you please check it and let me know the result?
