Support for Microsoft CDN in RadScriptManager

Hello,

I was wondering if there is anything planned to have the MS Ajax scripts loaded from the MS CDN, at the moment I see the default behavior is they are loaded via axd which I'd like to avoid.

Never mind, I missed some settings, works now like this:
