Is there any way to achieve a staic header within a RadWindow, so that I could put a menu or toolbar there that would not scroll with the page data?

Hello Xorcist,

RadWindow does not support such feature as it is out of the control's scope. RadWindow is basically a movable, skinned IFRAME and it behaves just like one - it simply shows a content page, different from the parent one. In order to achieve what you wish to implement, you should create and add your custom header in the content page that is displayed in the RadWindow.
