Static header causes Group header to appear with grid lines

I'm currently using R2 2018 SP1 and I'm experiencing a display issue with the grouping header. In my project, I have two grids that are very similar. Both use grouping but one one grid has static headers. 

When I use static headers, the grouping header show the column grid lines (i.e. row renders a <TD> for each column). But when I just simply remove theUseStaticHeaders="true" attribute, the grouping row is displayed as expected without the column grid lines (i.e. row renders with as one TD and a colspan attribute). Also note that I'm using the WebBlue theme.

I was unable to find this specific situation in the current grid demo so I was unable to confirm if this is a problem in the current release.

Hi Loy,

I have made couple of tests with both the 2018 R1 and 2019 R1, but I was unable to replicate the appearance issue. I've made a short video showing the test results. You can check it out at: RadGrid Toggle Static Headers 2018 R1. 

Generally, this could happen if there are custom styles applied or the original ones overridden and therefore the styling of the Grid breaks, but it could happen from something else too. To be able to tell what is the cause, we will require a runnable sample that replicates the problem and we can debug locally. For this purpose, I have attached the sample WebForms page I've used to test. Please modify it to produce the error and send it back to us.
