I must be doing something wrong, but can't make stacked bar to look the same as "not stacked".
Picture attached.
Can you recommend approach, please?

Hi David,
I tried to reproduce the behavior shown on the attached picture, but the bar size is the same on my side both with separated and stacked series. I am attaching my test page to this reply - are you facing the same issue with it?
Meanwhile, you can also see if controlling the Gap and Spacing of the bars will bring the target layout:

Hi Vessy,
I used your example with same results essentially. Other than hidden second series (not sure why it set up this way).

Any recommendations?

Hi David,
The third chart in the image attached in your latest post does not have any title, thus the space for it is consumed by the plot area (making the gap between the bars look bigger). I am attaching a runnable project where the Gap and Spacing of the series are increased, as well a title is set. Below you can see the result I get with a single and stacked series - can you test the attached project and see if it is working in the same way at your end?

Hi Vessy,
Your example helped me tremendously! Apparently "gap" value needs to be specified on stacked series to match single one.
Thank you very much
