Telerik rapmap multitouch zoom function is working on operating systems android and ios. Windows and windows mobile operating systems not working.

The RadMap is powered by the Kendo Map widget and gesture support is a matter that comes from the Kendo logic and not the RadMap control wrapper.

What I can suggest is to define whether the same behavior is encountered with a plain Kendo Map on a page. If the same is reproducible, you can send a feedback on the matter in the Kendo's User Voice Portal.
